Our wedding planning service is The Lot - Wedding Planning, Coordination, production and Styling Service is provided by our Founder and Principal Stylist, Luke Kolbas-Williams, together with a team of creative assistants.

• A complimentary and obligation free initial (zoom or in person) consultation discussing your requirements and in turn providing you with an official quote

• Twenty-four response times on your personal communication thread with Luke

• Access to our info portal, which contains information relating to all your wedding like appointments, ensuring no task, meeting or deadline is ever missed

• An on-site meeting to discuss layout/details (if required)

• Floor Plan Creation

• Creation of a detailed Styling Concept Plan

• Unlimited Vendor Recommendations

• Access to industry pricing & discounts

• Passing on of Industry Discounts (where available/if applicable)

• Unlimited Coordination and Management of your chosen vendors

• Being present at all relevant vendor meetings

• Runsheet Creation and Management

• 3D fly through video/visual representation of your Reception ( additional extra)

• A final meeting one month prior to your wedding day to cover off everything

• A final meeting 1 week out to review timings of the day for the couple

• Management and Communication of Vendor Set Up and Pack Down Times including the creation of a Set Up Schedule and distribution of all relevant documents to relevant styling vendors the week of your wedding

• On-day styling as required, event management including set-up, and coordination of vendors until 9.30pm/End of Formalities (whichever comes first)
