We make it an efficient combination for couples that require us to assist them with the decorative and styling elements of the wedding which they haven’t focused on to bring it all together, plus liaising with your suppliers in the lead-up to establish a wedding day schedule… ensuring a seamless process to personally guide you through the most important moments of your special day!

Package Inclusions -
6-8 Meetings, to establish a concept for the styling and decorative aspects of both the wedding Ceremony and Reception for 5 key elements and to establish the wedding day schedule - including all the suppliers that you have booked.
Unlimited Emails, Phone and communication in the chat thread with your personal Wedding Stylist and Coordinator as required.
Sourcing of all decorative suppliers to provide products and services required for the 5 elements
Management of requirements, contracts and payments of all decorative suppliers of the key elements
Table mock-up to confirm the table styling [note; this may come as an additional cost]
Itemised costings and updates as required for all decorative elements.
Coordination of decorative suppliers during set-up/pack-down on the day
Development of a production schedule and distribution to all suppliers
Attendance and supervision at the ceremony rehearsal
Attendance and supervision on the day for consecutive hours
