This popular service is a combination of the ‘Styling and Co-ordination Package’ where we come onboard 12 weeks before the wedding to execute whatever is remaining to do. It is an efficient combination for couples that require us to assist them with all the decorative and styling elements of the reception and then follow through with liaising with your suppliers for all the details of the reception to ensure a seamless process to personally guide you through the most important moments of your special day!

Partial Wedding Planning Service Inclusions

  • Initial planning meeting to discuss your vision, non-negotiables and draft run sheet.

  • Unlimited emails, phone and communication in the chat thread with your wedding coordinator as required over the 12 weeks.

  • Up to 12 meetings zoom meetings to execute your wedding from a planning perspective for style, logistics, production & execution.

  • A detailed styling meeting to discuss your vision, style & budget.

  • Access to our key budget tracker document to budget smartly for your entire wedding.

  • Access to our wedding planning checklist to track your progress ticking things off along your journey of planning the big day.

  • Styling concept & creation of visual moodboard reviewed for overall vision.

  • Sourcing of all remaining styling pieces (furniture, linen, stationery, candles, florals).

  • Creation & distribution of profession production event brief.

  • Vendor management & point of contact in the lead up (from 12 weeks out).

  • Development of the wedding day run sheet.

  • Management of requirements, contracts and payments of all decorative suppliers

  • Final planning meeting to map out the logistics and check off with your venue.

  • Team of stylists to assist with the delivery, setup & pack down of your wedding.

  • Up to 9 hours of coordination on the day by Luke, until your formalities conclude.
